Stunning Hampton Court House Wedding

Jess & Stephen’s Hampton Court House Wedding was a perfect day in a perfect setting.

Kind Words from the couple…

“On the day Damien’s priority was first and foremost the comfort and enjoyment of us as a couple and of our guests and this more informal style suited us perfectly.

The pictures are brilliant too!”

Hampton Court House Wedding Venue.

A Hampton Court House Wedding had been on my “to do” list for a little while, having seen it in other wedding photographer and supplier’s blog and instagram posts I knew it would be a great fit for my natural wedding photography style with plenty of wide open spaces as well as it’s interesting architecture an features.

After captuting the bridal preparations and the bride’s family home in nearby Kingston upon Thames we make the short journey over to Hampton Court House.

Approaching the venue, my thoughts turned immediately to the famous building opposite. The famous Hampton Court Palace – home of Henry VIII. Hampton Court House however, is a stunning and charming wedding venue all in it’s own right however.

Set with nine acres of grounds and with its own landscaped gardens, Hampton Court House’s impressive palm trees couldn’t have been a more appropriate feature on a searing hot August day, not that the weather was an issue here as Hampton Court House hosts plenty of shaded spots for guests to chill and enjoy the views.

Hampton Court House civil ceremonies.

This gorgeous Georgian mansion is a perfect place for civil ceremonies, partnerships and wedding celebrations. Hampton Court House is simply beautiful mansion that takes your breath away and is elegance personified.

The grand front entrance with steps leading up to a huge set of double doors lead straight into the ceremony room which is bath in natural light and has the instant wow factor of a dream wedding ceremony space. The shape of the room provides a natural arc for the guest seating area creating an intimate feel in opulent surroundings.

To compliment the glorious ceremony room, Hampton Court House features a grand dining hall and adjoining conservatory which can accommodate up to 150 seated guests.Featuring a traditional black and white chequer board floor with very high ceilings it provides a wonderful space for dining and feels made for engaging wedding speeches.

The adjoining hall features its marble pillars and luxurious chandeliers but somehow still manages to feel has a light and airy  due to the  natural light provides by the large glass ceiling. On the day this area was used for the dance floor space.

The courtyard area outside is a wonderful space for a drinking reception with it’s chequered floors and palm trees it provides and luxurious and vibrant backdrop for any candid wedding photos.
